The Order of LightThe world today is a place where it seems you can trust no one. Then came a new horizon, a hope and dream, a new world to be explored. The Internet links millions of people to each other around the world. In chat servers political boundaries disappear and humankind can speak as a whole.
Many people each day use the internet and chat servers to escape the pressure and stress of "The Real World" and become who they want to be. They allow their dreams and fantasies to come true.
Unfortunately, though much is viewed as pretend, the people involved are real, and they contain real human faults, and real human feelings.
The Cyberworld at times seems as unfriendly a place as the real world.
Perhaps even more so.
We aim to change that.
Too many are the daily accounts of pain and heartache... Too many are the people who are hurt in chatrooms where they were once welcomed ...and Too many are the tears that are shed because the impersonal feel of cyber-reality buffers us to the idea that we hurt real people.
The Paladins of Light strive to uphold chivalraic ideals and to show that there are still people out there who care.
Courtesy is not a thing of the past. Friendliness is not a thing of the past. The Goodness of Humanity is not gone.
These are the very things we stand for.
Any who need a friend, Any who feel lost, Any who see the goodness of either world drained away (real or cyber) can turn to us.
